Event Planner privacy policy
Event Planner ("the game") is a single-player game. This policy explains what data the game handles and who receives it.
What we collect
Nothing on our own servers. The game has no account system and no servers. Your studio, events, money, settings and progress are saved only on your device. If you delete the game, that save is deleted with it.
Purchases
Purchases (the Full Unlock and studio decor packs) go through Apple's App Store. Apple handles your payment details; we never see them. The game asks the App Store which items you own so it can unlock them and restore them on a new device.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
If you haven't bought the Full Unlock, the game offers optional rewarded ads, such as "watch an ad for overtime hours". You never have to watch one to play. These ads are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's software in the game may collect:
- Device identifiers. This includes the advertising identifier (IDFA), but only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt. It also includes an identifier tied to this app on this device.
- Approximate location. This is worked out from your IP address. The game never uses GPS.
- Ad interaction data. This covers which ads were shown and whether you watched or tapped them.
- Diagnostics. This covers crash and performance information from the ad software.
Google uses this data as described in its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices
- Tracking: iOS asks whether the game may track you. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", Google can't use your advertising identifier. You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Consent where the law requires it: in the EU, UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws, the game shows Google's consent message before any ads. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
- No ads at all: the Full Unlock removes ads completely.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
