I bought the Full Unlock but it isn't showing.

Open Settings → Restore purchases in the game, or use Restore in the Shop. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the game, open Settings → Ad privacy choices (shown where privacy laws require it). To stop tracking across apps, go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The Full Unlock removes ads entirely.

An ad didn't give me my reward.

Rewards only count when the ad plays to the end. If no sponsor is available, wait a minute and try again.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?

Yes. Progress is saved only on your device. Purchases are never lost: restore them after reinstalling.
